I bought this vintage nightgown from a thrift store years ago, and didn't quite have a plan for it. During an indigo workshop, I decided to dye it as my example piece. When I brought it into my studio, I then hemmed it into a blouse. The ruffle capsleeve and subtle rose print make it sweet, romantic, and whimsical. It's inspired by one of my all time favorite brands, Doen.

Natural indigo is alive and will continue to transform over time. Although these pieces have been pre-treated with textile detergent, give one wash with denim or darks to be safe from bleeding. Store away from direct sunlight and humidity. Wash normally and hang to dry.
