This very sweet 100% cotton flowy tiered skirt has been sustainably upcycled with hand-stitched details. It features an embroidered floral star pattern, along with patchwork from upcycled swatches of cotton fabric. When I purchased the skirt second-hand, it had never been worn, so it is in excellent condition.
