Returns
As a lover of textiles myself, I understand the frustrations with fitting and purchasing online. Everything in my shop is handmade with time + intention, and I want you to really love what you wear. There are no hard feelings if you simply just don’t feel great in something and want to return it; I get it!
If an item does not fit or doesn’t make you feel like a rockstar, you may return it within 14 days of receiving. It must be in the condition that you received it in. If you would like to do so, please reach out to me at hey@ellenstryker.com or fill in the form at the bottom of this page so I can refund you + provide you with a return address.
I encourage you to ship it back in recycled packaging. In the past, I have used paper shopping bags (I can give you a tutorial on how to make a shipping envelope) or an old box that you have laying around.
