We love this Spicy Italian EVOO from Casa Virgin. This brand is run by two Italian cousins in Tuscany, where Ellen studied abroad. It's made from locally grown cold-pressed olives, grown by people they trust. The Spicy Virgin flavor is made with Calabrian chilis for a balanced heat and a rich, peppery flavor.
